The Support Agent responsibilities include resolving customer queries and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should have patience and be an excellent communicator. You should also be familiar with help desk software.
Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.
Responsibilities
- Learn the Knowify software.
- Deliver exceptional service to customers over the phone, by email, and live chat.
- Document all inquiries within Zendesk to produce clean data.
- Share feature requests with team members.
Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
- Extremely organized with strong attention to detail.
- Eager to learn new technology and proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows.
- Energized and motivated by a fast-growing business that is constantly evolving.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Patient and empathetic with an ability to adapt your communication style to your audience.
- Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with the bookkeeping/accounting industry is a plus.
